Danielle is an ABA therapist originally from Johnson Creek, WI. Danielle attended the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and received her Bachelor’s in Social Work. Throughout college, Danielle worked as an ABA therapist with kids aged 4-12 years old providing in home care to kids with autism. She enjoyed helping the children she worked with learn skills, achieve goals and meet milestones.
After completing her Bachelor’s in Social Work, Danielle served one year in AmeriCorps NCCC as a Team Leader. Throughout the year, she traveled throughout the country to provide volunteer services ranging from trail building and chainsaw work to assisting a domestic violence shelter. After Danielle completed her year in AmeriCorps NCCC, she worked as an in-home family therapist in Nashville, TN. While in Nashville, Danielle worked to help children and teens with mental illnesses be able to live successfully in their homes and across all settings.
After spending a few years away from the Midwest, Danielle decided to move to Chicago to be closer to family and friends. Danielle plans to pursue a master’s degree in psychology with a focus in ABA to become a BCBA in the near future.
Fun fact: Danielle loves to travel and has been able to visit 3 countries, 27 states and Washington D.C. Her goal is to be able to travel to as many countries as she can and all 50 states.
