Jill graduated with a Bachelor of Art’s degree in Psychology from The University at Buffalo in Buffalo, NY and then moved to Chicago to pursue a Master of Art’s degree in Clinical Psychology, specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She is currently a practicing board certified behavior analyst with over 20 years of experience in the field. Jill is grateful for the opportunities she’s been given which have allowed her to gain experiences working with diverse populations, spanning the age range of birth through adulthood, across various environments such as school, clinic, community, residential and home. Over the past 5 years, Jill has had the opportunity to venture into Organizational Behavior Management, a subfield of ABA. This experience has allowed her to apply the science of behavior analysis in the workplace to positively influence the behavior of organizational performers resulting in improved consumer and employee satisfaction and implementation of successful workplace systems.
Jill holds high accountability for the success of those she has the opportunity to support and firmly believes that “if the learner isn’t right, then we’re not teaching!” She is dedicated to finding the most effective teaching strategies to ensure successful learning occurs, whether it be at the organizational or clinical level. As both a parent herself and a BCBA, she brings empathy, compassion and understanding to all of her sessions resulting in personalized treatment plans that support and improve the quality of life for all family members.
Fun Fact: Jill was born and raised just outside Buffalo, NY. With an upbringing in the snowbelt, you would think Jill would be an avid skiier, but that couldn’t be farther from the truth! She’s tried skiing once and that was the first and last time!
