ABA Therapist/RBT

Job Duties:

• Implement personalized ABA therapy strategies as prescribed by a supervising BCBA to help children develop new skills.
• Collaborate and work closely with board certified behavior analysts (BCBA) to ensure the most effective treatment strategies are being implemented.
• Record data in an effort to track and measure progress.
• Complete end of session clinical notes.
• Communicate with client team and SBS staff to ensure quality

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Bachelor’s degree in special education, psychology or related field (preferred).
• Previous experience working with children preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Hard working, positive, energetic, and committed candidates.
