Job Duties:
- Conduct in-home evaluations, write evaluation reports, and create treatment plans.
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments, write positive behavior support plans, and provide ongoing plan updates/reports.
- Conduct weekly team meetings with direct therapists including modifying behavior plan, IOA, and program maintenance.
- Conduct school consultations and write school behavior plans and curriculum modifications.
- Represent families at IEP meetings/school meetings.
- Train and supervise direct therapists and conduct monthly therapist evaluations.
- Provide parent coaching and monitor the consistent implementation of procedures by parents/stakeholders.
- Collaborate with families, school staff, outside therapists, and the entire ABA team to ensure program consistency.
- Provide direct and in-direct supervision to therapists pursuing their BCBA in accordance with BACB standards.

Requirements:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and state of IL licensure (active)
- At least 3 years of experience working with children with autism
- At least 1 year of experience as a BCBA conducting evaluations and supervising therapy teams
- The BCBA candidate must have experience in conducting assessments including:
VB-MAPP
ABLLS
AFLS
PEAK
Social Skills Assessments - Great interpersonal and communication skills amongst therapy team, with families, school personnel, and other therapy providers
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Completion of the BACB’s 8 hour supervision requirements
